When I went on vacation, though, my roommate came down and said, "Dad is going to go up and leave soon." My mom and boyfriend looked at each others' backs and looked for ways to explain their anxiety. My mom said I should be happy with my sleep because she thought I'd find time to try my luck. I was pretty happy with my sleep, though.
My roommate said to me, "Don't worry. We should talk about the future before we come down here." I said, "Yes." She said she wanted to stay long enough to keep a close eye on me. She said I should probably just start thinking about the future instead of staying home like I did.
When I went back to my room, everyone thought my brain could move faster. I was worried a little when I was waking up, because my anxiety had dissipated, but my subconscious mind always felt like the future was in me and my life as a whole was heading in the wrong direction. I was trying to figure out how to move forward and the future came knocking on my door. This is actually one of my many ways I felt my mind being so filled with stress.
It's not that I didn't know how to act in a positive way, but I didn't know when to take it and when not to take it. I did just feel bad because I really did move forward.
