traveling asia for 6 months for 4 different areas. I also had the chance to work through several stages of post-traumatic stress syndrome. This meant that a lot of my time would be spent in front of the computer and looking for information in any number of different ways.

But it was also a good experience because, as the stress of dealing with PTSD became much worse, my focus got shifted to dealing with the new information that the computer provides and also my ability to focus on the things that are important to me and be able to communicate well when I was alone, while also remaining in the moment. I learned a lot with this experience.

The "real" job

In the beginning I was extremely depressed, and I was actually quite scared at times. After a few times I'd start to feel really good about myself and to be able to get back to my previous health back into shape, but later on, being too depressed to do anything productive, I felt like I had failed in all the different ways I'd worked so hard to become.

I felt quite lost and helpless at times, but it's important to remember that this happened as well. The stress of experiencing PTSD didn't help my mental health. By trying to cope with all of those feelings, I was able to focus on things that were important to me at another time and then be able to move on with my life. The real change came when the pain I were experiencing started to
