If you have no questline or you are level 11+, you do not receive any loot (save one, or two). You will instead receive only a single artifact (you will get one only if you do not have any Artifact for your first or second playthrough) or you will receive any loot (save a few if you did not have one) once you've finished the questline.
This will not affect your stats.
When you're overleveled, the Fletchling of Wind will be added to your inventory. All quests done during this process will disappear (but any questing that does not count towards your stats will be gone). You'll no longer have to wait for a fight, but will be able to use either the Fletchling of Fire or the Fletchling of Fire of the Fletchling of Wind. Some quests, such as that of Rengar Quest, may do more.
